Geomechanical membrane in the application of the details of the node processing
In the project, the use of high-quality geomembrane is naturally a good basis for the project, but if there is no strict implementation of the construction specifications, in order to save trouble, missed the attention of the details, but also for the project caused great damage.
1. Anchoring node treatment
In the landfill, artificial lake, canal and other projects, HDPE geomembrane can be buried in the anchor ditch. Anchorage grooves are mostly rectangular in shape (Figure 1) and also triangular. The size of the anchor groove is usually 400 ~ 500mm wide, 500 ~ 600mm deep. HDPE geomembrane buried in the ditch after the general use of the original soil ramming, the required density of 90% or more, and some use of concrete backfill. Either way, make sure that the frictional force generated by the gravity of the backfill can be sufficient to resist the tensile force of the HDPE geomembrane. 2. Wear membrane tube (column) node treatment
In the construction, it is inevitable to encounter the pipe (column) through the HDPE geomembrane situation. In order to make the connection close and reliable, requiring the embedded nozzle at least out of 300mm, non-concrete substrate engineering requirements in the nozzle around the casting 150mm thick, side length or diameter of 2000mm of concrete, in order to handle the connection structure. The nozzle is connected by pipe and membrane, and the tube is composed of the sleeve and skirt, all made with HDPE geomembrane. For the HDPE pipe, the pipe can be directly and tube welding; for other materials, the tube, you need to use the ring, etc., and then sealed.
3. Receiving node processing
In the plane, the slope of the concrete surface, HDPE geomembrane commonly used nail or expansion anchor bolts plus metal gasket fixed, if necessary, plus long flat steel or angle fixed. According to special needs, under the membrane can be auxiliary anti-seepage treatment to ensure the tightness of sealing. At the same time to take the metal part of the anti-rust treatment or take anti-packet measures.
In the vertical or diagonal wall to be sealed on the need for fixed construction in the construction of 100mm * 200mm slot or 100mm * 120mm of the eaves, in order to prevent the impermeable layer. In the use of nails, flat steel fixed, sealed with a sealing material, and then steel mesh cement or fine stone concrete protection. Another type of anchorage is embedded in the concrete base HDPE lock bar, the construction only HDPE geomembrane directly welded to the lock bar (Figure 3). This way simple structure, easy installation, reliable quality, but the cost is relatively high.

In the housing construction and tunneling works, HDPE geomembrane construction should be leaking before the leakage of the site drainage treatment: for only a slight wet stained concrete base, can take the way to deal with polymer mortar; for obvious leakage of water Point and line, you should use the way the drainage pipe into the drainage ditch.
